Bus To Success Meets the 1st Destination

So I have started the bus to success with some co-workers. What is the bus to success, you ask? It is a bus ride to a healthier more successful us. We have developed this concept that we are going on tour and just like any good tour we have stops. At the end of our journey we all will have met the following criteria:
We will all be:
TALL, TAN, THIN, BLONDE and GLOWING.
You can get a seat on the bus now for free, but when the bus comes back around and people are waiting to get in line for the bus you’ll have to pay 🙂
Now how are we going to accomplish this? The TTTBG is really just something funny we thought up, realistically we can’t change out height … and I am ok with that I am happy being 5’7″. But it’s really about getting on the healthy road and staying there.
Some of our initial stops include:
The Nutty Professor (colon hydrotherapy) www.charlottecolonhydrotherapy.com
Zumba (and other exercise) (www.fitzvenue.net)
Med Spa (botox)
and my favorite: EAT CLEAN FUN.
The above destinations are all about feeling better about yourself while building a healthier lifestyle. If you have specific questions on any of the “destinations” please feel free to email me.
Tonight is the first destination: The Nutty Professor, not going to lie I am a little beyond nervous about this. Is it really safe to have that many gallons of water running through your intestines? The little research that I have done proves that it is ok and it can be very great for removing toxins and build up of excess waste. I will be sure to blog about this adventure.
In the mean time the official bus ride kicked off yesterday and my route is scheduled for 6 months.
To start off day 2 of the ride I had amazing oatmeal:
1/2 Cup Hemp Milk
1/2 Cup of Water
Dash of Hippie Kitchen Granola
1/2 Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oats
1/2 Packet of Justin’s Almond Butter
Lunch today was veggie and tofu stir fry from the campus cafe:
I will be sure to blog about my experience tonight (eeeek!)
Apples and Pears,
